HOW WE WORK
Your time is limited. The decisions aren't.
We handle the selections, the sourcing, the hundred small details you don't have hours to research. We ask the right questions, we listen, and then we run with it, bringing you in at every decision that actually matters.
We'll tell you no when something won't work.
And we want you to do the same.
This is a two-way relationship. No decision gets made without your input and we take it from there. We invest in what needs to last, help you let go of what doesn't, and we're honest with you the whole way through.

Design Consultation
Before any project, we start with a quick discovery call to see if we are a good fit for your project and to answer any questions you have. From there we book a one-hour consultation at your home.
Here's what happens:
We meet at your home to see the space and take measurements
You walk me through your vision, how you live, and what's not working
I give you honest feedback, initial ideas, and recommendations
We discuss budget, timeline, and next steps

This time gives us both clarity. A straightforward conversation about your space and the best way forward.

Our Process
Discovery Call
1.
Every project begins with a conversation.
After you reach out, we'll schedule a free
15-minute discovery call to learn more about
your space, your goals, and how you'd like to
live in your home.
This is our chance to answer any questions
you may have, and determine whether we're
the right fit for your project.
Consultation
2.
If we both decide we're a good fit, we'll
schedule an in-home consultation ($250).
This meeting typically lasts about 90 minutes
and allows us to dive deeper into your
project, discuss priorities, assess your space,
and gather all the details needed to move
forward with confidence
Proposal & Design Phase
3.
Following the consultation, you'll receive a
design proposal outlining the scope of work,
project phases, and investment.
Once approved, we'll collect the retainer and
begin developing the design direction,
including layouts, colour palettes, materials,
furnishings, and construction details tailored to
your home and lifestyle.
Approvals & Ordering
4.
Once you've approved the final drawings and
selections, we take care of everything behind
the scenes.
From furniture and finishes to deliveries and
logistics, we'll manage the details and keep
you informed every step of the way.
Construction & Project Coordination
5.
If your project includes renovations, we'll work
closely with your contractor and trades to
ensure the design is executed as intended.
Through site visits, ongoing communication,
and regular updates, we'll keep the project
moving smoothly and keep you informed
throughout the process.
Final Installation
6.
The best part.
We'll coordinate deliveries, oversee
installation, style the space, and complete all
the finishing touches. When it's all done, you'll
walk into a home that feels beautifully finished,
thoughtfully designed, and uniquely yours.
Full Service Design
From full home renovations to room refreshes, you tell us your goals and we handle every detail start to finish. That means detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, custom cabinetry, finish selections, and full coordination with your contractors and trades. No handoff halfway through. We stay involved until the job is done.
Every full service project starts with a discovery call and a one-hour consultation. That's where we dig into the details, get clear on your goals, and put together an accurate estimate for your project.
Drawing Packages
Not ready for full design help?
Sometimes all you need is a solid drawing package.
Floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings let you see your space before a single wall comes down. All drawings are done in-house, and they give your contractors exactly what they need to quote accurately and build confidently.
Renovation? Smooth.
Stress? Minimal.
Finish Selections
Once your drawings are finalized, it's time to make your renovation truly yours.
From flooring, tiles, and countertops to lighting, cabinetry, hardware, and paint colours, we guide you through every decision. We spend this time narrowing down the endless options to what actually works for your vision, budget, and lifestyle.
